Employer Advisors

Employer Advisors provide free-of-charge information and advice to all employers regarding WorkplaceNL’s legislative requirements and policy application.

Their team provides several services to support employers, including assistance and advice on:

• Ongoing injury claims, employer assessments, PRIME requirements, and overall legislative and policy requirements.
• Employer injury reporting, injury investigations, and potential objections.  
• Early and Safe Return to Work (ESRTW) planning and compliance.

They are available to assist with the preparation of arguments for Internal Review and to represent employers at Workers’ Compensation Independent Review Board (WCIRB) Hearings.

Employer Advisors are also available for employer information sessions on several relevant areas, including training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and a variety of topics in the compensation system and relevant employment regulations.
