Pay My Account

You have several options to pay your account:

Pre-Authorized Debit Payment Plan: Email the Pre-authorized Debit Agreement and a copy of a void cheque to clearance@workplacenl.ca. Pre-authorized debit is the best way to ensure your account stays in good standing.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): For more information, email clearance@workplacenl.ca or contact 709.778.1125
  • At your financial institution: Pay in-branch or online.  
  • Cheque, money order or bank draft: Mail it to: WorkplaceNL, PO Box 9000, St. John’s, NL, A1A 3B8

Collection and Legal Action

Employers that do not pay or set up a satisfactory payment plan for their overdue balance may be subject to collection action. For more information regarding collection action, see Procedure 602: Collection and Legal Process.  If you have any questions, please call 709.778.1125.
