Injured workers can file a claim online using MyWorkplaceNL

WorkplaceNL provides short and long-term benefits to injured workers or survivor benefits if a worker loses their life due to an injury. Our priorities are to ensure injured workers and dependents receive their necessary benefits and to promote our goal of zero harm to workers.


You can now file your claim online at any time using MyWorkplaceNL.

Effective December 12, 2024, you can view claim-related letters on your MyWorkplaceNL account.

This online service allows injured workers to:

  • Submit a Report of Injury (Form 6)
  • View Report of Injury submission history
  • View claim and payment information
  • View claim-related letters
  • Live chat with a WorkplaceNL Service Associate
  • Upload claim-related documents
  • Submit an expense
  • Order hearing aid batteries
  • Set up direct deposit
  • Authorize a representative
  • Update contact information
  • Submit an Extended Earnings Loss Questionnaire
  • Request file information
  • Request an internal review
