Why: WorkplaceNL and the Occupational Health and Safety Division (OHS Division) of the Department of Digital Government and Service NL invited public, partners and stakeholders to provide input to assist in developing a new Workplace Injury Prevention Plan for Newfoundland and Labrador (2023-2028).

How and when:

• July 20, 2022 – call for public input (see press release)
• September 13, 2022 – public consultation virtual session
• September 26, 2022 – completed consultation meetings with stakeholders
• September 30, 2022 – deadline to submit written response

• March 2022 – individual meetings (upon request) with organizations concluded
