Variation of Deadline Notice
Notice is hearby given that in accordance with the authority under section 3 of the Temporary Variation of Statutory Deadlines Act, the Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL, on the advice of the Attorney General, hereby varies the following deadline:
Under the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 1990, RSNL1990 c.W-11
Section 12.(1) The requirement that WorkplaceNL shall before June 1 every year make a report to the Minister of its transactions during the preceding calendar year is varied to no later than September 1, 2020 for this year.
