We appreciate your feedback. Your individual comments and answers are confidential and will not be provided on an individual basis to WorkplaceNL. We receive a summary report of the overall survey results.
Client Service Surveys, beginning April 2024
Employers and workers may receive a phone call asking them to complete a short survey. The survey is voluntary, and we encourage our clients to provide their honest feedback. Narrative Research is conducting the survey.
The results will help us make service improvements to better serve our clients.
Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Surveys, beginning March 2024
Employers will receive letters with a link and unique PIN to provide access to the short survey. The Newfoundland and Labrador Statistics Agencys is conducting the survey.
The results will help us develop programs to address gaps in health and safety education and identify priority areas that require attention. Our goal is to help workers, supervisors and employers in our province prevent workplace injury and illness.
