WorkplaceNL advises workers who have participated in the Traumatic Psychological Injury (TPI) program between June 2024 and March 2026 that we are currently conducting a survey.

WorkplaceNL is currently conducting an evaluation of the Traumatic Psychological Injury (TPI) program to examine whether the program is operating as intended and what adjustments can be made to strengthen program delivery. As part of this evaluation, eligible worker participants may be invited, via email, to share their feedback on the program through an online survey.
Participation is completely voluntary. All information shared will be kept confidential and reported only in aggregate form so that individual participant responses cannot be identified.
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
As part of the evaluation, focus groups will be conducted with applicable WorkplaceNL staff, as well as interviews with staff from the third-party service provider. The information collected will be used to help WorkplaceNL better understand what is working well with the TPI program and where improvements can be made.
