WorkplaceNL is currently conducting a pilot project focused on understanding recovery and return-to-work experiences following workplace injuries. As part of this project, we are inviting eligible workers to complete a short survey, via email or telephone, that asks questions about things like pain, daily activities and recovery expectations.
Participation is completely voluntary. Responses will not be added to claim files or be accessible to case managers. Responses will not affect benefits or services in any way. Information collected through the survey will only be used for this pilot project.
The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
The information collected will be aggregated and used to help WorkplaceNL better understand overall factors that may impact recovery and return-to-work outcomes and inform future programs and supports.
