Employer invoices are moving online

Effective Monday, December 15, 2025 WorkplaceNL will begin distributing employer invoices online through connect rather than sending them in the mail for connect users.  

Employers will begin receiving invoices online automatically. This means that Firm Administrators and anyone with access to Monthly Assessment Statements will automatically have access to invoices. Firm Administrators can grant access to others in the organization as required. Access is granted through the Account Management option in the left-hand menu.   

To view invoices at any time, select Billing information then Assessment Invoices from the left-hand menu.  

You will receive email notifications when new invoices are available on connect.   

Invoices will remain available for viewing online for seven (7) years. They will not be mailed to you. If you would like a copy, you may download and save or print.
