Injured Workers’ Statement of Benefits (2024)
Each year, WorkplaceNL issues Statements of Benefits (T5007) to injured workers receiving wage-loss benefits directly from us.
For the 2024 tax year, T5007 forms will be available starting February 28, 2025. If you have a MyWorkplaceNL online account, or create one by February 14, 2025, you will receive your T5007 digitally through the online portal.
Using MyWorkplaceNL online services is a fast, simple, and eco-friendly way to access the services you need.
What is a T5007?
The T5007 Statement of Benefits records the amount of workers’ compensation benefits and social assistance payments you received. While the income on the T5007 is not taxable, it must be included in your net income for tax purposes.*
How can I receive my T5007?
All injured workers who received wage-loss benefits directly from WorkplaceNL in 2024 will receive a T5007. Clients may receive these one of two ways:
Option 1: Online Portal (MyWorkplaceNL)
- If you already have a MyWorkplaceNL account or create one by February 14, 2025, your T5007 will be delivered digitally on February 28, 2025.
- Once available, you can download, save, or print your T5007 directly from your secure account at any time. T5007 forms available online will not be mailed.
Option 2: Letter Mail
- If you do not have a MyWorkplaceNL account, your T5007 will be mailed starting February 28, 2025.
