PRIME has changed! OHS education will become a part of PRIME requirements in 2023. Small employers with less than 10 workers at each worksite will be required to complete two courses each year until a total of five courses are completed. There is also a requirement to complete the OHS Committee Worker Rep/Designate Course or OHS Committee Worker/Designate Re-Cert Course to remain in good standing.
